A medical product company is seeking an experienced Systems Analysis Team Lead to manage analysts while contributing hands-on to functional and technical specifications for a complex system.
Responsibilities
- Lead and professionally manage a team of systems analysts.
- Write functional and technical specifications for system modules.
- Work closely with development, QA, architecture, and product teams.
- Lead the end-to-end analysis process from understanding business needs through delivery of detailed specifications.
- Prioritize tasks and manage work against defined deadlines.
- Use AI tools in specification and day-to-day work processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a professional team.
- Experience in systems analysis and writing functional and technical specifications.
- Strong technological understanding and the ability to produce high-quality technical specifications.
- Experience working in a dynamic environment with defined and demanding deadlines.
- Experience using AI tools in analysis or related work.
Nice to have
- Experience with medical systems.
- Familiarity with the Cameleon system.
