Responsibilities
- Analyze complex systems and business processes
- Write functional and technical specifications
- Translate business requirements into technology solutions
- Analyze system constraints, integrations, dependencies, and user experience requirements
- Lead technology projects from initiation through implementation
- Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and changes
- Coordinate development, QA, architecture, business, and technology stakeholders
- Support development, testing, and implementation
- Investigate production issues and provide ongoing professional support
- Manage multiple projects and priorities
Requirements
- Academic degree in Information Systems or Industrial Engineering and Management with an Information Systems specialization
- At least 5 years of experience analyzing complex systems
- Experience writing functional and technical specifications
- Experience managing a large-scale, multi-interface technology project
- Ability to translate business processes into technology solutions
- Strong systems thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
Nice to have
- Experience in a large enterprise with complex systems and multiple integrations
- Experience with AS/400 environments
- Agile experience
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- SQL experience
- Experience with Postman and SoapUI
