Responsibilities
- Gather and prioritize business and clinical needs with users and stakeholders.
- Define processes, data needs, use cases, and acceptance criteria for AI solutions.
- Translate needs into technical requirements and coordinate development and implementation.
- Define tasks, track execution, and provide project status reports to stakeholders.
- Resolve operational issues and coordinate across organizational teams.
Requirements
- Relevant education.
- Six years of systems analysis experience.
- Two years of experience managing or leading complex technology projects.
- Practical experience with healthcare and clinical systems.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and its components.
- Experience working with information security, hardware infrastructure, and communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
