A healthcare organization is seeking a senior systems analyst and project manager to lead digital, cloud-based solutions for remote disease monitoring and management. The role is hybrid and covers initiatives from conception through implementation, deployment, and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Initiate, analyze, design, and implement solutions for patient-led remote disease monitoring and management
- Manage digital projects from initiation and setup through implementation, deployment, and system adoption
- Analyze and design workflows using low-code configurations in a cloud system
- Coordinate with architecture, development, information protection, infrastructure, security, and systems management teams
- Work with business and clinical stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis
- At least 4 years of experience in project management
- Experience writing business and functional specifications
- Experience leading end-to-end digital projects, from initiation through go-live and implementation
- Experience working with development, information protection, infrastructure, security, and other technology teams
- Experience managing or performing system integrations
- Strong business understanding and the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions
- Relevant academic education

- Experience in healthcare or medical systems

- Familiarity with information security and privacy processes
