Responsibilities
- Lead systems analysis from project initiation and requirements gathering through implementation and production deployment.
- Gather and analyze business requirements with stakeholders.
- Write detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
- Support development and testing, providing guidance through the project lifecycle.
- Analyze business processes and recommend effective system solutions.
- Align business needs, technical solutions, system constraints, and project objectives.
- Manage tasks and drive initiatives across teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of systems analysis experience in a medium-sized or large organization.
- Experience leading analysis end to end, including requirements gathering, specification writing, development support, testing, and deployment.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional partners.
- Ability to translate business needs into system solutions while considering technical capabilities, constraints, and dependencies.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to understand complex systems and new business domains quickly.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to lead constructive discussions with stakeholders, present alternatives, and establish clear professional boundaries.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

- Experience with core, financial, or complex operational systems.
- Experience in large organizations with multiple stakeholders and system interfaces.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with databases and basic data querying or analysis.
