An external recruiter is seeking a Systems Analyst for a large organization in Jerusalem. The role supports a national survey project, from requirements and system design through deployment and production support.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and design information systems for a national survey project.
- Gather business requirements and define specifications, data structures, and interfaces.
- Lead development, testing, and integration activities through production deployment.
- Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, and information security teams.
- Support systems in production and train users.
- Manage project delivery against agreed timelines and budgets.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis, requirements gathering, and writing functional and technical specifications.
- Experience defining data structures and interfaces, analyzing business processes, and translating them into workflows and technical solutions.
- Experience supporting development and QA teams and managing work through production deployment, including use of TFS.
- Experience specifying and implementing system integrations and supporting production environments.
- Experience with SQL databases and familiarity with Microsoft environments.
- Experience leading technology projects, writing technical documentation, training users, and managing timelines and budgets.
