Manage projects and analyze business processes and systems for business customer systems development. Work with stakeholders, vendors, and development teams to define solutions and deliver system changes.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects, coordinate stakeholders, and guide collaboration across teams.
- Communicate project status and work directly with development teams.
- Oversee development and testing to keep projects on schedule.
- Coordinate external vendors and support system-related issues.
- Analyze business processes and assess the impact of technical changes and system malfunctions.
- Define customer-focused solutions and prepare detailed functional and technical system specifications.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in systems analysis and analyzing customer business requirements.
- At least 2 years of experience managing significant projects and cross-organizational business processes.
- At least 2 years of tenure in the current role.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of business processes and technology.
- Excellent analytical, logical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working with external vendors, development, infrastructure, and information security teams.
- Experience leading architecture definition from infrastructure architecture through detailed design.
- Familiarity with payment processing and credit discounting.
