Requirements

At least five years of systems analysis experience in a medium-sized or large organization.
Experience leading end-to-end requirements definition.
Experience working with business stakeholders, development teams, and multiple interfaces.
Ability to translate business needs into system solutions while considering system capabilities and constraints.
Experience supporting development teams and providing professional guidance throughout the development lifecycle.

Nice to have

Experience with core, financial, or complex operational systems.
Experience in a large organization with many interfaces.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with databases and basic data reading.
