Support a short-term feasibility and solution assessment for SAP HCM Time Management in an Israeli subsidiary. The engagement is expected to last 10–15 days during October or November, with potential extension into implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead a feasibility and solution assessment for SAP HCM Time Management in Israel.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to identify current processes and business requirements.
- Analyze Israeli labor-law and localization requirements.
- Assess SAP capabilities against business and regulatory needs.
- Identify solution gaps, risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations.
- Recommend a design approach, effort estimate, and project roadmap.
- Prepare and present findings to client stakeholders and sponsors.
- Advise on SAP Time Management best practices and Israeli localization.
Requirements
- Extensive SAP HCM experience focused on Time Management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Time Management, Time Evaluation, Personnel Time Management, time schemas, PCRs, absence and attendance management, and payroll integration.
- Demonstrated experience delivering SAP HCM Time Management solutions for Israel.
- Strong knowledge of Israeli labor legislation, collective agreements, working-time regulations, holidays, and overtime rules.
- Experience conducting feasibility studies, discovery workshops, and solution assessments.
- Ability to work independently and engage senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP HCM implementation projects in multinational organizations.
- Experience with global or multi-country time management rollouts.
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management.
- Experience leading solution design and implementation phases.
