Lead systems analysis, solution design, and project delivery for complex Salesforce and business processes involving multiple interfaces and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Write functional specifications and user stories.
- Define complex processes involving multiple interfaces with financial systems.
- Analyze business requirements and deliver effective technical and operational solutions.
- Make architecture and implementation decisions with relevant stakeholders.
- Lead the end-to-end design process through delivery.
- Manage projects and tasks across the full project lifecycle.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, external clients, and cross-functional interfaces.
- Ensure deliverable quality and alignment with core business requirements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of systems analysis experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Systems Analyst in enterprise-scale organizations.
- At least 4 years of project management experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in systems analysis for financial institutions or enterprise financial environments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, user management, permission sets, roles, and Flows.
- Familiarity with call center, branch, and back-office operational processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience managing multiple interfaces, cross-functional teams, and client-facing communication.
