COMBLACK is recruiting a Senior Salesforce Systems Analyst to define complex processes, manage requirements, coordinate interfaces, and lead delivery in a Salesforce environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and define complex business processes
- Gather and document requirements
- Write specifications and user stories
- Lead solution design processes
- Coordinate multiple system interfaces
- Manage the process from requirements through delivery
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis
- At least 3 years of Salesforce systems analysis experience in a large organization
- At least 4 years of project management experience
- Experience writing specifications and user stories
- Experience leading design processes
Nice to have
- Experience in a financial organization
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Flows, permissions, and user management
