Lead the IT department, manage infrastructure and operations, and drive information security strategy while aligning technology delivery with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the IT department and its infrastructure, systems, and information security functions.
- Develop and implement IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Manage daily IT operations to maintain system availability, performance, and security.
- Translate business needs into IT solutions in collaboration with leadership.
- Oversee IT projects from planning through execution, including schedules and budgets.
- Maintain and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead risk assessments, compliance activities, and incident management.
- Act as the primary escalation point for IT issues and troubleshooting.
- Lead and develop a team of IT professionals.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT roles.
- Experience managing IT infrastructure, applications, and information security.
- Experience with MDM, EDR, and SSO tools such as Okta, Kandji, and SentinelOne.
- Knowledge of information security standards, frameworks, and regulations.
- Strong project management skills for cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience with budgeting and third-party vendor management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Fluency in Hebrew and English.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and on-premise systems.
- A master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
