A technology solutions provider is seeking an experienced Information Systems Analyst to define BPM processes, support ERP integration, translate business needs into requirements, and coordinate with business, systems, and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Define work processes in BPM systems and specify system interfaces
- Transfer processes from BPM systems to organizational ERP systems
- Prepare high-level and detailed technical design specifications
- Translate business requirements into user stories and epics
- Manage the product backlog
- Consolidate requirements from business customers and coordinate with system and development teams
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in information systems analysis and specification
- Proven knowledge of systems analysis and requirements writing using Scrum or Agile methodologies
- Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, or certification or coursework in systems analysis
Nice to have
- Experience with Jira and Confluence or comparable ALM and task management tools
- Relational database experience, preferably with Oracle
- Experience specifying or implementing ERP systems
- Previous software development experience
