Responsibilities
- Gather and refine business requirements with internal stakeholders
- Analyze business processes and translate them into precise functional and technical requirements
- Manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead end-to-end solution definition, from high-level design through detailed specifications
- Prepare specifications for web, mobile, and integration solutions
- Define interfaces in microservices and event-driven environments
- Specify REST and GraphQL APIs, JSON structures, and Swagger/OpenAPI documentation
- Work closely with development and QA teams throughout implementation
- Validate wireframes and prototypes with UX/UI teams against business requirements
- Coordinate multiple specifications and tasks in a dynamic environment
- Use generative AI tools to improve analysis and documentation processes
Requirements
- At least 3–4 years of professional experience in digital systems analysis
- Proven experience with web systems and mobile applications
- Experience writing REST API specifications and strong understanding of JSON
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong knowledge of business process analysis and modeling
- Proficiency in UML, including use case, sequence, and activity diagrams
- Understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience with analysis and modeling tools such as Draw.io, Lucidchart, or equivalents
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field is preferred
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field
- Hands-on SQL and database experience
- Experience using generative AI for analysis and documentation
- Experience in banking environments
