An employer is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to lead digital systems and processes from requirements analysis through production and ongoing improvement. The role combines business and technical thinking and involves close collaboration with development, testing, and business teams in Lod.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and define technological solutions.
- Write functional and technical specifications.
- Manage system requirements and business changes throughout the system lifecycle.
- Coordinate development, testing, releases, and production deployment.
- Lead end-to-end tasks and projects, improvements, and new versions.
- Investigate incidents and support ongoing system development.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis, preferably in digital back-end environments.
- Significant experience writing functional and technical specifications, including high-level and detailed designs.
- Experience supporting systems from specification and development through production.
- Strong SQL and database skills.
- A degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.

- Experience with Jira and Visio.
