Senior Business Systems Analyst – AI & Process Automation

Consulting and delivery firm seeks an experienced business systems analyst to analyze and redesign end-to-end processes and translate business needs into practical combinations of process improvement, enterprise systems, automation, and AI.
Responsibilities
- Analyze end-to-end business processes, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, manual work, and improvement opportunities
- Lead process redesign and define future-state processes
- Select the appropriate combination of process change, existing systems, SaaS, workflow, automation, AI, or custom development
- Define business and functional requirements and create functional specifications
- Collaborate with architects, developers, IT teams, vendors, and technology specialists on solution feasibility and design
- Lead business-technology co-design discussions
- Support implementation, testing, rollout, and user adoption
- Lead client projects or workstreams and manage day-to-day client relationships
- Facilitate workshops, status meetings, stakeholder discussions, and deliverable presentations
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, business process analysis, or a similar role
- Experience with As-Is analysis, To-Be design, and process redesign
- Strong ability to write business, functional, high-level, and detailed functional specifications
- Understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, APIs, and system architecture
- Practical knowledge of AI, generative AI, automation, and agentic AI
- Experience collaborating with developers, architects, IT teams, and external vendors
- Experience leading client-facing projects or workstreams
- Excellent Hebrew and strong professional English
- A relevant bachelor's degree is advantageous but may be replaced by relevant professional experience

- Experience with ERP, CRM, BPM, workflow, or RPA
- SaaS evaluation and build-versus-buy-versus-integrate decisions
