A leading healthcare organization seeks a senior professional to analyze business and clinical needs, define AI system requirements, and lead complex technology projects from planning through implementation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business and clinical needs and translate them into technical requirements for AI solutions.
- Define processes, data requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Create system specifications and convert user needs into actionable requirements.
- Lead technology projects from requirements and planning through development and implementation.
- Engage customers and users to identify challenges, understand needs, and prioritize requirements.
- Build a strong understanding of system architecture and technology components.
- Coordinate with development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define tasks, priorities, and milestones, and track execution.
- Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to key stakeholders.
- Develop solutions to complex business, clinical, and technology challenges.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and technology project management.
- At least 2 years of experience working on complex AI projects.
- Experience translating business needs into technology requirements.
- Experience defining processes, data requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and technology components.
- Experience leading teams, stakeholders, and tasks in a matrix environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering and Management with an Information Systems specialization; alternatively, another bachelor’s degree with at least 300 hours of systems analysis training, or no academic degree with at least 400 hours of training and two additional years of relevant experience.
- Relevant experience and eligibility may also be accepted for graduates of an appropriate IDF technology unit or BRAAM.
- Strong prioritization, communication, stakeholder management, organization, independence, and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience managing technology projects in healthcare or clinical systems.
