A healthcare organization in Bnei Brak is seeking an experienced professional to independently lead a new AI system serving thousands of users and manage technology projects from initiation through implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the system independently and manage end-to-end technology projects.
- Work with organizational customers and stakeholders to understand business and clinical needs, prioritize requirements, and define solutions.
- Analyze business and clinical needs and translate them into technical requirements for AI solutions.
- Define processes, data requirements, and use cases.
- Write detailed requirements and specification documents.
- Define acceptance criteria and support development and implementation activities.
- Assign tasks, track execution, and provide project status updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate development teams, suppliers, and multiple organizational interfaces through matrix management.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years managing complex AI projects.
- Experience managing technology projects, preferably in healthcare and clinical systems.
- Experience in systems analysis, business-process understanding, and customer-needs analysis.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams, drive tasks forward, and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Technical understanding of system architecture, components, and underlying processes.
- Ability to work independently, take a systems-level view, and make decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong service orientation, organization, thoroughness, and attention to detail.

- Experience with healthcare systems or clinical environments.
- Experience in a large business organization.
- Experience working with information security, hardware infrastructure, and communications teams.
- Experience working with training teams.
- Knowledge of testing and QA processes.
- Experience with AI tools, especially summarizing and retrieving data from multiple systems and databases.
- Experience working closely with development teams and suppliers.
