Responsibilities
- Lead business and systems analysis processes
- Analyze and document client requirements
- Manage complex stakeholder interfaces
- Support strategic clients and significant projects
- Coordinate cross-organizational business processes
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in systems analysis and analyzing clients’ business needs
- At least two years of experience supporting significant projects and cross-organizational business processes
- At least two years in the current role
- Advanced SQL skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Nice to have
- Experience working closely with vendors, development, infrastructure, and information security teams
- Experience leading architecture definition from infrastructure through detailed design
- Familiarity with payment processing and discounting domains
