Support and optimize an international organization’s enterprise software environment, business workflows, integrations, access controls, and IT vendors.
Responsibilities
- Map operational needs across international teams and optimize existing systems
- Design workflows, integrations, and automations
- Document systems and train users on core platforms
- Monitor integrations and troubleshoot API, webhook, workflow, and data synchronization issues
- Support the adoption of AI tools in business processes
- Manage outsourced IT support vendors and monitor SLA compliance
- Support software procurement, contract tracking, license management, and vendor records
- Manage license assignments, role-based access controls, and joiner and leaver provisioning through Okta
- Maintain access processes in line with SOX and IT audit requirements
Requirements
- Fluent English and strong interpersonal communication skills
- 2–4 years of experience in IT systems analysis, process implementation, or systems operations
- Experience managing system integrations, error and system logs, software procurement, licenses, and user privileges
- Experience with outsourced IT support and ticket management
- Experience with identity lifecycle management and practical AI tool integration
Nice to have
- Experience with monday.com or similar enterprise platforms
- Experience with Make or similar integration tools
- Experience with Power BI or comparable reporting tools
