Information Systems and Priority Manager

A full-time, hands-on role responsible for Priority ERP and broad IT operations at an industrial organization. The position is based in the Mishor Adumim area and includes travel to operational sites as needed.
Responsibilities
- Own the Priority system, including ongoing development and implementation of modules.
- Analyze business processes and needs; specify screens, reports, permissions, business rules, and integrations.
- Handle incidents and change requests, acceptance testing, releases, environments, data quality, and system stability.
- Lead technology projects from requirements through implementation, training, and launch.
- Manage Microsoft environments and Microsoft 365, endpoints, servers, cloud services, networks, communications, backups, and permissions.
- Support and train users across business units and resolve day-to-day issues.
- Oversee information security, backups, access permissions, and identities, coordinating with specialist suppliers.
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI, run pilots, and implement solutions in systems and workflows.
- Manage IT suppliers, licenses, equipment, and budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management with an Information Systems specialization, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience implementing, managing, or leading projects in Priority.
- At least 3 years of experience in an Information Systems role at a business organization, with broad responsibility or IT management duties.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft and Windows environments, Microsoft 365, networks, end-user devices, backups, and permissions.
- High-level Hebrew and good technical English.
Nice to have
- Experience in an industrial or engineering organization, especially in a factory environment involving inventory, procurement, production, or field operations.
