A technology company in the Gedera area is hiring a full-time Information Systems Analyst to analyze business needs, develop SQL-based solutions, maintain organizational systems, and support users across departments.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design suitable technology solutions
- Develop complex SQL queries, reports, and process automation tools
- Maintain and improve ERP, BI, and other organizational systems
- Perform system updates and ongoing maintenance
- Identify and resolve technical issues for organizational departments
- Provide user guidance and training
- Improve work processes and introduce new AI tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Industrial Engineering and Management
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced SQL skills and strong database knowledge
