Lead technology strategy and day-to-day information systems for a successful investment company. This senior, hands-on role owns infrastructure, business applications, cybersecurity, digital transformation, automation, and AI initiatives while partnering closely with senior management.
Responsibilities
- Own the company’s IT and information systems strategy and operating environment.
- Lead technology projects, digital transformation, automation, and AI initiatives.
- Oversee infrastructure, cloud services, business applications, cybersecurity, and compliance.
- Manage technology vendors, budgets, and a small internal IT resource.
- Partner with management to improve business processes through technology.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in IT or information systems management.
- Hands-on knowledge of infrastructure, cloud environments, cybersecurity, and business applications.
- Experience leading technology projects from initiation through completion.
- Strong understanding of software development and AI capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience managing vendors and external partners.
- Strong business orientation and ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.

- Experience in investment, real estate, or asset management.
- Experience working in a lean or mid-sized organization.
