Lead the information systems, infrastructure, data, and information security functions for a modern winery and production environment. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement and is based at the winery offices near Beit Shemesh.
Responsibilities
- Lead the winery’s information systems, IT infrastructure, data, and information security functions end to end
- Manage and advance core business systems, particularly SAP Business One and Qlik Sense
- Lead cross-organizational projects, automation initiatives, and AI tools that generate business value
- Manage the team, vendors, budget, and work plan while remaining involved in ongoing professional and operational activities
- Translate business needs into effective technology solutions across production, inventory, logistics, procurement, sales, and finance
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in information systems, including at least 5 years leading the function or managing information systems in an organization
- Experience with ERP and BI systems, integrations, process analysis, and technology project leadership
- Practical knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, backup systems, disaster recovery, and information security
- Experience managing teams and vendors
- Strong service orientation and ability to engage stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing organization
- SQL knowledge
- Experience with SAP Business One

- Experience with WMS
- Experience implementing AI solutions
