NESS is hiring a full-time, temporary Google Workspace Implementation Specialist in Jerusalem to support client migrations, user adoption, and day-to-day use of GWS tools.
Responsibilities
- Implement Google Workspace at client offices using hands-on, on-site support.
- Guide users through migration and ongoing system use.
- Provide individualized training and explain how to operate Google Workspace tools.
- Assist users with troubleshooting and day-to-day system usage.
- Improve work processes using Google Workspace tools.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience implementing information systems.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Experience with Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive.
- Knowledge of Shared Drives and Drive permissions and sharing.
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Ability to provide individual user training.
Nice to have
- Experience with advanced Google Workspace tools such as AppSheet, Gemini, NotebookLM, Google AI Studio, or Apps Script.
