A global industrial organization is seeking a financial systems analyst to connect finance and accounting requirements with system development, implementation, testing, training, and support.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial requirements and translate them into system specifications.
- Write functional and technical specifications for financial-system features and modules.
- Coordinate and guide development with IT teams.
- Implement financial applications and provide user training.
- Provide ongoing support to users and global branches.
- Improve financial and system workflows.
- Participate in financial-system deployment and implementation projects across global branches.
Requirements
- Mandatory Bookkeeping Certificate Type 2 or 3.
- At least five years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience.
- Experience preparing financial statements through the trial balance stage.
- Experience preparing audit materials.
- Experience preparing and submitting statutory payment books and reports.
- Experience handling VAT reports and submissions to authorities.
- Experience with computerized systems, including ERP systems.
- High-level English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of programming and databases.
- Experience specifying, analyzing, implementing, installing, or training users on information systems.
- Experience implementing financial ERP systems.
- Experience writing test documentation and executing system tests.
- Experience training users and implementing systems and processes.
- Experience managing cross-organizational or enterprise-wide projects.
- Experience with AS/400 systems.
