Responsibilities
- Gather, refine, and analyze business requirements with internal stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead high-level and low-level solution specification for web, mobile, and integration domains.
- Define interfaces in microservices and event-driven architecture environments.
- Create REST and GraphQL API specifications, JSON structures, and Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout implementation.
- Validate UX/UI wireframes and prototypes against business requirements.
- Model business processes and produce UML-based specification documents.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in systems analysis in a digital environment.
- Experience with web systems and mobile applications.
- Experience writing API specifications, particularly REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of JSON.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to specify and model business processes.
- Experience with UML, including use case, sequence, and activity diagrams.
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience with specification and modeling tools such as Draw.io, Lucidchart, or similar.
- Previous experience in banking organizations is mandatory.
- Strong communication and mediation skills between business and technology stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple specifications and tasks in a dynamic environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with databases and SQL queries.
- Experience using generative AI for specification writing, documentation, or requirements analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field with an Information Systems specialization.
