Lead a global ERP team and oversee Priority ERP implementation, improvement, and standardization initiatives across financial, commercial, and logistics operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the ERP team, set priorities, coordinate workloads, and provide professional guidance
- Manage end-to-end Priority ERP projects from requirements gathering and planning through UAT and go-live
- Analyze business processes and design standardized solutions across financial, commercial, and logistics operations
- Translate stakeholder requirements into effective ERP solutions
- Drive process improvement, automation, and efficiency initiatives
- Oversee system configuration, permissions, testing, integrations, and implementation quality
- Support complex functional issues, user adoption, and project reporting
Requirements
- At least 5 years of ERP implementation experience, including at least 1 year with Priority ERP
- At least 1 year of team leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field
- Understanding of financial, commercial, and logistics processes
- Strong project management skills
- Systemic thinking and a technical mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
