A senior technology leader reporting to the Head of IT, responsible for enterprise applications, data strategy, and organization-wide digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Set the enterprise IS strategy, data governance policies, and multi-year systems and data roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Own core business applications, including ERP, MES, QMS, LIMS, BI, and financial planning systems.
- Lead digital transformation, cross-organizational process improvement, automation, and standardization.
- Develop the enterprise data platform, BI capabilities, and AI solutions embedded in business processes.
- Oversee enterprise application and data architecture, system integrations, and reliable data flows.
- Manage domain leads and implementation teams, including recruitment, development, performance management, and compensation.
- Manage the unit’s budget, work plans, goals, and technology investments.
- Partner with senior management, translate business needs into system solutions, and lead organizational change.
- Manage software vendors and technology partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in Information Systems, including 3–5 years managing people.
- Significant experience with enterprise ERP systems.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale system implementations, integrations, and application architectures.
- High-level English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience managing other managers.
- Familiarity with Movex or Infor M3.
- Strong experience with enterprise data, BI, and AI solutions.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated environments.
