Lead analysis and delivery for digital backend systems, translating business needs into solutions and coordinating work through production deployment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and translate them into technological solutions.
- Write high-level and detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Work with development and QA teams throughout the system lifecycle.
- Lead systems from initiation and development through production deployment.
- Manage business requirements, changes, releases, and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate with business and technology stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a systems analyst, preferably in digital environments with a backend focus.
- Experience writing functional and technical specifications is mandatory.
- Experience supporting systems from analysis and development through production.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Experience with analysis and project management tools such as Jira and Visio.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience leading tasks and projects end-to-end.
- Experience in financial services and open banking.
