Responsibilities
- Prepare financial forecasts, reports, and operational metrics tracking
- Build financial models and compare actual performance with plans and forecasts
- Prepare reports for leadership reviews
- Analyze variances and trends, and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with accounting to support accurate financial reporting
- Improve reporting processes, tools, and dashboards
- Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools
- Conduct market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comparisons
- Use AI tools to support monthly processes
Requirements
- 1–2 years of business finance or other relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- High proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Strong analytical, data-gathering, and business skills
- High level of English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and manage ad hoc tasks
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
