Responsibilities
- Own financial and commercial performance of large-scale projects.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis.
- Manage customer and supplier contracts, negotiations, change orders, claims, and disputes.
- Drive risk and opportunity management with mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, governance, financial controls, and regulations.
- Support strategic decisions through financial modelling and scenario analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, legal, operations, finance, and executive teams.
- Oversee foreign exchange exposure and financial risk management.
- Drive process improvements and digitalization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration.
- At least 7 years of experience in finance within a commercial company.
- High level of English proficiency.
- Experience in a global company.
- Experience as Financial Lead, Commercial Manager, or Project Controller in complex projects.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with ERP and reporting/information systems.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
