Seeking a Controller to oversee financial reporting, consolidation, tax compliance, and regulatory submissions for subsidiaries. Manage budget vs actual analysis, internal controls, and act as finance focal point for new subsidiary establishment and cross-unit collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement close and consolidation for subsidiaries
- Manage financial reporting packages to HQ and monitor statutory reporting compliance
- Lead establishment of new subsidiaries including taxation, ERP, and reporting setup
- Analyze budget vs actual variances and provide actionable feedback
- Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures
- Coordinate with external advisors and accounting firms on financial activity and periodic reporting
- Act as finance focal point for subsidiary controllers and business partners
Requirements
- CPA with Big 4 experience in high-tech sector
- 3+ years of combined accounting and finance experience
- Experience adopting new systems or automating accounting processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking and time-management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High proficiency in English
