Lead and scale finance and accounting operations for a growing digital games company, reporting to the CFO and managing a team that includes the Controller, Assistant Controller, and Bookkeeper.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the finance and accounting team
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Oversee accurate, audit-ready financial reporting, financial statements, treasury, cash management, and working capital
- Develop scalable accounting processes, policies, internal controls, and governance
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and Israeli accounting, tax, payroll, statutory, and sales tax requirements
- Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, banks, payment providers, and other external partners
- Partner with FP&A to align financial reporting and business planning
- Support fundraising, lender reporting, due diligence, and financial aspects of transactions
- Lead ERP and systems implementations, process automation, and operational improvements
Requirements
- At least 6 years of progressive finance, accounting, controllership, or finance operations experience
- CPA qualification from a Big Four accounting firm
- Experience managing and developing finance or accounting teams
- Experience building and scaling finance and accounting functions in growing organizations
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, consolidations, month-end close, internal controls, and multi-entity environments
- Knowledge of U.S. and Israeli tax compliance
- Advanced Excel skills

- Experience in gaming, fintech, e-commerce, or other high-volume digital businesses
- Experience with ERP and business intelligence systems
