Accountable for financial operations across multiple companies, including billing, payments, intercompany services, and compliance with IFRS. Lead monthly and annual closing, prepare management reports, and drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage internal operational and financial processes across multiple companies.
- Oversee accounting and financial management systems including billing, payments, and intercompany services.
- Lead monthly and annual closing processes ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare management reports and monthly financial packages for the global parent company.
- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results and P&L performance.
- Build and manage budgets and forecasts, tracking performance against targets.
- Analyze financial variances and trends, providing actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS standards.
- Partner with leadership to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, post-internship.
- Experience from a leading accounting firm or as Assistant/Junior Accountant.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- High proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Strong analytical abilities and interpersonal skills.
- High level of responsibility, proactivity, and desire to learn.
