Lead inventory & operations accounting team. Oversee financial management of inventory, production yields, and strategic investments. Manage reserves, forecasting, reconciliations, and process optimization. Requires 8+ years in high-tech, SAP, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts.
- Oversee inventory finance lifecycle including reserve calculations, forecasting, and management.
- Lead budgeting and monitoring of production yields and direct cost elements.
- Analyze yield performance and manage associated financial reserves.
- Ensure balance sheet accuracy through rigorous accounting reconciliations.
- Validate accounts related to inventory, reserves, and operational accruals.
- Monitor Purchase Orders and open liabilities for accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee tracking, reporting, and amortization of strategic operational investments.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years experience in high-tech sector with focus on Inventory Control/Operations Finance.
- At least 3 years of direct people management or team leadership.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and communicate complex financial data to non-finance executives.
Nice to have
- MBA or CPA significantly preferred.
- Confidence, self-motivation, high energy, and highest degree of ethics.
- Experience presenting financial strategies to senior executive leadership.
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP ERP, Power BI.
- Enjoy working in a rapidly changing environment with multiple priorities.
