Oversee financial statements, A/R, cash management, internal controls, payroll, and tax compliance. Manage day-to-day accounting operations and auditor relations. CPA required; 2+ yrs experience; Big 4 and SaaS preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee preparation of financial statements, accounts receivable, and cash management.
- Manage internal management reporting, controls, and budget monitoring.
- Oversee payroll, option grants, and other finance-related processes.
- Manage financial reporting of clients' and subsidiaries' revenue cycle.
- Liaise with independent auditors and ensure compliance with financing agreements and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with income tax, sales tax, and employment tax reporting.
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations, including cash receipts, disbursements, payroll, and vendor management.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, including internship.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- CPA certification required.
Nice to have
- Big 4 accounting firm experience.
- Experience with US GAAP.
- Experience within SaaS or software industry.
