Lead and govern testing for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program in the defense sector. The role is fully on site at the customer's premises and involves close coordination across business, functional, technical, and infrastructure teams.
Responsibilities
- Own overall program testing status and govern test coverage, execution, and quality
- Coordinate testing across SAP domains and workstreams
- Manage test plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Identify, track, escalate, and help resolve risks and blockers
- Lead defect management and monitor resolution progress
- Ensure test environment readiness, data availability, and interface stability
- Facilitate status meetings and follow up on actions
- Drive Go-Live readiness and support critical decisions
- Maintain alignment and transparency across business, functional, and technical teams
Requirements
- At least 5 years of SAP testing experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP testing activities
- Experience in integration and end-to-end testing
- Experience managing defects, risks, and dependencies
- Experience on large-scale SAP implementation projects
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes
- Experience with test management and project management tools
- Ability to work with stakeholders across organizational levels
Nice to have
- Experience in an SAP ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation
- Experience with SAP FI, CO, MM, SD, or PS modules
- Experience supporting large-scale Go-Live activities
- Experience in defense-related programs
