Develop and perform software and systems test automation verification and validation for medical technology products. Work under limited direction to help ensure products meet user needs and quality and reliability standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop test strategies, requirements traceability matrices, test architecture, and data-driven testing approaches
- Design, develop, test, maintain, document, and validate software testing components and applications
- Use AI code editors, agentic coding, and automated agent pipelines
- Participate in product development, including requirements, design, usability, risk assessment, and test execution
- Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and support existing products
- Communicate findings, problems, and solutions to project teams and stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across countries
- Follow applicable environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering and 4+ years of experience, a master’s degree and 2+ years, or a PhD with 0+ years
- Working knowledge of software design, development, debugging, and testing practices
- Experience with automation systems, debugging, and performance analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English, including communicating complex technical topics to global business and engineering audiences
- Ability to work in a team environment
Nice to have
- Experience with automated UI testing using Cypress, JavaScript or TypeScript, REST APIs, HTML, and CSS
- Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution and reporting
- Medical or other regulated-industry software development or testing experience
- Experience designing agents, AI automation pipelines, and multi-agent orchestration in regulated environments
- Knowledge of agile, test-driven, and behavior-driven development
