Join a medical device engineering team developing automated manufacturing systems. Lead mechanical design, system integration, prototyping, testing, and production handoff across multidisciplinary projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the mechanical design and development of production automation.
- Manage projects from initial concept and feasibility through prototyping, design, testing, and production handoff.
- Integrate mechanical designs with system-level constraints across mechanics, robotics, and electronics.
- Perform engineering analyses, simulations, and experimental prototyping.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, machine vision, algorithms, and manufacturing teams.
- Evaluate emerging technologies for integration into future manufacturing lines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience developing complex mechanical systems.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design, dynamics, materials science, and electromechanical systems.
- Proficiency with CAD tools such as SolidWorks.
- Fluent English and Hebrew.
- Strong problem-solving skills and system-level thinking.
Nice to have
- Experience with micro-mechanisms.
- Engineering simulation experience.
