Join a multidisciplinary R&D team developing high-speed electronic systems. Own thermal design, simulation, and validation to support product reliability, performance, and manufacturability.
Responsibilities
- Run CFD simulations to evaluate heat dissipation and thermal performance.
- Design and optimize thermal management solutions, including heat sinks and thermal interfaces.
- Analyze electronic enclosures and system-level packaging.
- Plan, conduct, and analyze thermal validation tests, correlating results with simulations.
- Evaluate materials for thermal performance.
- Document analyses, design decisions, and recommendations.
- Participate in design reviews and system-level architecture decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 6 years of mechanical design experience focused on thermal analysis.
- Hands-on experience with CFD thermal analysis software.
- Strong knowledge of heat transfer and thermal design practices.
- Experience designing and validating heat-dissipation components and systems.
- Hands-on thermal testing experience and correlation with simulation results.
- CAD proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Siemens FloTHERM.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks.
- A master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
