Lead cross-functional sustaining engineering projects for energy-based medical devices, covering product configuration, engineering changes, process validation, and production implementation.
Responsibilities
- Manage cross-platform engineering projects from initiation through implementation
- Create and maintain product configurations in a PLM system and verify their transfer to production
- Update existing products, work instructions, test procedures, and labeling
- Lead process validation activities on production lines operated by subcontractors
- Manage the Engineering Change Order process from end to end
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, Research and Development, Quality Assurance, and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–4 years of engineering experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with PLM and CAD systems
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Ability to lead cross-functional work without formal authority
- Proactive, self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
