Responsibilities
- Design skills, rules, context packages, and self-verification systems for coding agents
- Operate parallel agent workstreams and validate outputs against enterprise standards
- Deliver customer-facing web features in rapid product cycles
- Build and share reusable engineering rules, evaluations, context files, and internal tooling
- Define technical direction, scope initiatives, and review architecture and pull requests
- Mentor senior engineers and enforce production quality standards
- Own defensive coding, edge-case handling, security, testing, and automated evaluation
Requirements
- 5+ years of production full-stack engineering experience on web-based systems
- Demonstrated experience leading or directing senior engineers in staff-level or technical-lead roles
- Deep experience with both frontend and backend development
- Hands-on use of agentic development tools, with experience benchmarking models and tools
- Ability to evaluate frontier models and balance capability, cost, and latency
- Experience delivering polished, secure, reliable, enterprise-ready products
- AWS and CI/CD experience sufficient to deploy and operate products independently
- Production experience integrating LLMs through APIs, prompt engineering, agent pipelines, or automation workflows
- Hands-on understanding and prior application of Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise social, community, or customer-engagement platforms
- Published writing, talks, or open-source contributions in agentic engineering or AI-assisted development
- Hands-on multi-agent orchestration, including parallel execution, worktree strategies, or file-based coordination
- Experience building reusable internal tooling, evaluation frameworks, or skill libraries
