Senior Frontend Developer, Web3 Trading
Own frontend development for an onchain trading terminal across Solana and EVM. Build revenue-generating product surfaces from opportunity discovery through launch and ongoing optimization. The role is remote-first and offers significant autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Own the client experience for trading, perpetuals, and prediction markets across Solana and EVM
- Take product surfaces from opportunity discovery and solution design through development, release, measurement, and optimization
- Build latency-sensitive trading interactions for live data, execution, order flow, fills, and transaction states
- Unify wallet, signing, approval, and transaction experiences while maintaining platform feature parity
- Optimize browser performance and real-time data handling, including WebSockets, RPC streams, reconnection, and backpressure
- Own measurable frontend performance outcomes, including time-to-interactive and time-to-fill
- Design and maintain interfaces for charting, PnL, fills, and onchain failure handling
- Improve production quality, reduce defects, and prevent recurring incidents
- Apply product judgment to work affecting latency, execution quality, and trader experience
- Collaborate with frontend, UX, backend, and DevOps colleagues
- Use AI-assisted development practices while maintaining technical review and production accountability
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant frontend engineering experience
- Production ownership of Web3 or onchain products used by real users and involving real money
- Hands-on production experience with both Solana and EVM
- Knowledge of onchain trading mechanics, including fills, slippage, priority fees, and execution quality
- Experience with real-time, latency-sensitive frontend applications
- Experience building trading interfaces with charting, order flow, PnL, fills, transaction states, and onchain error handling
- Experience with Solana wallet adapters and embedded wallet solutions such as Privy or comparable tools
- Ability to diagnose frontend performance issues at a systems level
- Initiative and ownership in proposing, building, and launching features
- Strong modern frontend practices and ability to deliver reliable production software
- Practical use of AI tools in engineering, including reviewing and validating their output
- Ability to work remotely with reasonable overlap across global time zones

- Mobile or cross-platform delivery experience, including maintaining feature parity
