Join a defense and space manufacturing plant as a Manufacturing Engineer. You will be involved in planning, implementing efficient serial production, designing tools and fixtures, and leading internal and customer PRR surveys. Requires a Mechanical Engineering degree and at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Involvement in planning stages and transitioning systems to efficient serial production
- Building work specifications and method cards
- Implementing new technologies on production lines
- Designing tools and fixtures
- Leading internal and customer-facing PRR surveys
- Solving problems and troubleshooting on the production floor
- Designing production processes from drawing to finished product according to customer specifications and requirements
Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering degree – mandatory
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or mechanical engineering in a production plant – mandatory
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously – mandatory
- Familiarity with CAD software – mandatory
- Knowledge and understanding of reading blueprints – mandatory
- Very good English proficiency – mandatory
Nice to have
- Familiarity with NX-UG system – advantage
- Familiarity with SAP system – advantage
