Join a technology team building web products, customer portals, and enterprise back-office systems that support commercial insurance workflows. Work in a hybrid model with two work-from-home days per week.
Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end features for web products, customer portals, and enterprise back-office systems.
- Integrate complex APIs and collaborate with Product Management, Data, and core R&D teams.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools and productivity automation in daily development workflows.
- Contribute to scalable architecture, clean code, automated testing, and user experience in a cloud-native CI/CD environment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing high-scale production web applications.
- Proficiency in Angular or another modern JavaScript framework such as React or Vue.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools, such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
- Strong foundation in JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Git, and REST APIs.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and a commitment to code quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
