Responsibilities
- Set technical direction for frontend infrastructure, ensuring consistency, quality, and performance
- Design scalable solutions and guide teams through complex architectural decisions
- Improve developer workflows and tooling to accelerate engineering teams
- Manage infrastructure for a high-performance user dashboard and facilitate microfrontend integration
- Maintain a centralized React component library
- Provide mentorship and leadership to engineering teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 6+ years of hands-on software development experience with a strong emphasis on modern frontend engineering
- Proven experience leading or implementing microfrontend architecture in production environments
- Deep understanding of modern frontend frameworks and ecosystems, particularly React.js
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks
- Strong interest in AI, staying current with latest models, tools, and techniques
- Hands-on experience with agentic workflows, MCPs, and building AI skills to automate work
- Daily use of AI agents to enhance productivity
- Builder’s mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems using AI-native tools
