Join a firmware team developing networking features for NIC products, contributing hands-on while providing technical leadership. The role is based at either the Yokneam or Tel Aviv site.
Responsibilities
- Research, design, and develop QoS and firmware algorithms to improve performance, reliability, and scalability
- Collaborate with architecture and software design teams
- Implement core firmware features in pre- and post-silicon environments
- Develop verification tests for advanced features
- Debug complex systems and work across hardware, firmware, and software interfaces
- Translate technical discussions into action plans and clear status updates for cross-functional and executive audiences
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- Technical leadership experience and ability to make key decisions on complex firmware projects
- Proficiency in C and embedded systems programming
Nice to have
- Knowledge of network protocols
- Experience with real-time programming
