Join a firmware team developing low-level software for machine-learning accelerator servers. Work part-time alongside your studies, testing and debugging production firmware on real hardware and collaborating with firmware, hardware, and platform engineers.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and debug firmware for machine-learning accelerator servers.
- Write well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
- Investigate and identify root causes of issues on hardware in the lab.
- Build tools and automation to improve development and validation workflows.
- Collaborate with firmware, hardware, and platform engineers.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, computer or electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Have at least three full semesters remaining before graduation.
- Available to work part-time at least two to three days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience with C or C++.
- Familiarity with Linux, embedded systems, firmware, or low-level programming.
- Exposure to hardware debugging, I2C, PCIe, SPI, or device drivers.
- Regular use of AI-assisted development tools, such as LLMs or code-generation agents.
