Lead and support an embedded software development team, onboard new employees, and contribute professionally to client-site projects. This is a full-time, on-site role in Northern Israel.
Responsibilities
- Manage and onboard new employees.
- Provide professional support to engineers.
- Contribute technically to projects.
- Work with professional managers at client sites and with managers at abra.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of embedded software development experience.
- At least 3 years of development team management experience.
- Experience with Linux, VxWorks, or FreeRTOS.
- Experience developing multi-interface systems, including serial interfaces, card interfaces, and BSPs.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming and C/C++.
- Testing capabilities, including planning test environments, designing test cycles and scenarios, initiating testing, conducting reviews, and implementing tests.
- Mandatory proficiency in English reading and writing.

- Experience developing real-time systems.
- Availability for international travel.
- Experience leading Scrum teams.
